It was my dreams as an elite athlete until an unexpected accident caused serious body trauma. This ended my athletic career. I was lost and mad at the world. Fortunately, the people I love rallied around and pushed me to refocus and start anew. Through my own journey of healing, I found my true self again and learned to live life to the fullest. 

This renewed sense of self propelled me to work with others. Counselling became my passion and appealed to my outgoing and adventurous nature. For almost ten years I’ve supported people of all ages to work towards improved mind-body health. I assist my clients in making positive changes. I help them have healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.

My office is located at 151 Essa Road (unit 201), right at the intersection of Essa Rd. and Anne St. It is a clean and relaxed environment shared with other therapists like myself. As you enter, there is a waiting area where you can help yourself to water or tea. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
